After touring the first floor with a local real estate agent, Steffi begins picking up on some energy, prompting her to investigate further. Using her dowsing rods, she attempts to communicate with any spirits that may still be present in the home. After her short investigation, she meets up with the real estate agent to see if her intuitions are backed up by history… and learns the listing price of this one-of-a-kind home.
